No

• Is the Main memory of the CPU or GPU undervolted?

No

Antivirus issue?

Overall, I think this is a problem related to Norton, who is blocking the pool.

I've just had another miner connect to my ETN pool (https://cryptoblock.uk) he does not get this error/issue

I would say than this is somehow a local issue. Maybe the firewall

The issue was my router! New router this week Asus RT-AC3200! It was blocking xmr-stak Piff Piff lol all good and mining now!!

@avalyn2 Disable the firewall completely and try again. Then you will know for sure.
