Allow it to reconfigure a new nvidia.txt if you are using some "tried and true" copy, then compare previous best settings with new ones
Those speeds are insane and something is broken. I have had that on AMD with buggy driver and bad settings. Try bfactor at 6 or 8, it may be too low currently.
You can use --benchmark 7 --benchwait 2 --benchwork 13 to test mining without connecting as you work through the settings.
Also I have not had the best luck with CUDA8 apps (release exe is CUDA8) against the newer series of drivers (9.2 runtime). I bet it works flawless on good old 381.xx or such. Or compile against the 9.2 SDK locally I think that works with the 9.2 runtime drivers. CUDA8 apps worked fine with 9.1 also, you could pick the driver just one step before they put in 9.2 runtime. But you have to grok the 3-5 page of the driver readme PDF to figure out what CUDA is therein (annoying).

Getting lots of errors "NVIDIA Invalid Result GPU" which did not used to be present in the 2.4.4 version.
