The code has been compiled with amdgpu-pro 18.10 and 18.30. Both compiled executables would run with approximately 1200 H/s while amdgpu-pro 18.10 driver is running. As soon as the driver has been switched to amdgpu-pro 18.30, I get 0 H/s for both executables.

This means that AMD driver 18.30 is still broken. You must wait until AMD provide a fix or you switch to the AMD ROCm driver version 1.9.x I have this driver also running and with xmr-stak 2.5.0 all running fine (tested vega64 and rx570)
