5 years ago Pre GCN card's on windows 10 with anything newer then 14.4 will replace the OpenCL implementation in windows folder. uninstallation of the driver and reinstallation of 14.4 will not undo this.
Recommend windows 7 and driver 14.4 and disable updateing on PREGCN cards.
I h ad a radeon 6970 that did the same thing.
On windows 10 I get 90 hashs…..
On windows 7 I got 420 hashs On windows 7 if I updated to anything newer then 14.4 and went back to 14.4 I went down to 320 hashs.( it resulted in a broken scratchpad) the hashrate would skyrocket and give invalid results.
Format windows 7 install 14.4 don't update. (that will fix your issue) this is an amd issue. One that wont get fixed as its too old.
DDU uninstaller DOES NOT FIX the issue.. you must reformat
When I tried to upload the "mem_chunk" to 6, the 2 GPUs give me an incredible hashrate but invalid actions
The only thing I can do is leave it with the basic configuration left by xmr-stak but it's a very poor hashrate with mem_chunk ": 2 some solution
