Add Papago Translation #177

Papago is the best Korean machine translator in the world right now, not only that, it also have a better JP translation than google translator. I hope you can integrate Papago inside EverTranslator.

Right now I use Evertranslor + Papago mini, while it kinda work, it's not a fluid experience. An in app support of papago will be really nice.
