I'll take a look.
what version of fds and what version of smokeview are you using. you can type fds and smokeview -v in a command line to find out
On Ubuntu I'm using FDS6.7.3-0-g9a07c36-release SMV6.7.10-0-g8f828eb On Windows I still have to update the program so I'm using: FDS6.7.1-0-g14cc738 SMV6.7.5-0-g92555b8
Update smokeview on your windows computer so that linux and smokeview versions are the same. Then compare isosurface appearance.

I udpated FDS and smokeview on the Windows computer and this is the results: The isosurface doesn't show the holes as the one produced in Ubuntu.
Hi,
As described in the post (https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/fds-smv/oLkjjfsFSJA) I am facing some issues when I run smokeview on Ubuntu and I want to produce isosurfaces. In attachment you can find the input file I used for the simulation.
Thanks in advance for the help
Kind regards,
