Smokeview: Multi Slices soot Velocity

The line 
&SLCF PBY= 35.0, QUANTITY='VISIBILITY', VECTOR=.TRUE. / 
creates soot velocity slices.

This is not a smokeview problem.  The data you see in the menus ("soot U-velocity",
"soot V-velocity" etc) was passed to it from FDS.  Kevin can comment on whether this
is a feature of FDS or a bug.

This was a minor bug and should cause no problems other than misleading menus in 
Smokeview. I fixed it so that only 'soot VISIBILITY' remains. The velocity names no

longer have 'soot' attached. I want to leave 'soot' with 'VIS' because there are 
cases where we associate the VISIBILITY to some other gas species, so it is good to

see what the VIS is based on in Smokeview.
