you can git but you can't hide! #1

randy, I found your radcal repo on firemodels and forked it. This pull request only adds files it doesn't change any files that were there originally. I won't accept this pull request myself. I'll let you accept (or not accept) it.

I added a makefile named makefile2 (so as to not mess up makefile) and then added windows and osx entries and build scripts. They both work except that main.f90 fails to compile (several variables are not declared).

I'm not hinting that we should use makefile2 in the long term. I couldn't get makefile to work - I propose we use makefile2 as a backup until we get makefile to work - perhaps copying elements from makefile2 into makefile. glenn

Haha. I also created makefile2, but did not commit it yet.
