Hi,

As promised, I modified the soot radiation model and tested it with some new verification tests. Following are main changes beside the changes in rcal.f90.:

• The old Python code given in Example was broken as it was written for Phyton 2. I fixed several issues in it and now it properly works.
• There was only one simple example given. I added a few new cases in two different sub directories in Examples. -I didn't have the latex source files of the Radcal manual, therefore, I prepared a document explaining the new changes and discussed their results for the test cases. The pdf file is added to Documentation. It is also attached to this message.
