Plugin does not load in Win 10 Keepass version 2.48.1 #61

I run KeePass 2.48.1 on Windows 10 and can't get the plugin to load. I copied it to the plugin directory and restarted. It doesnät show under the Password Generator->Custom algorithm dropdownlist nor in in the Tools->Plugins-window.
