Addressing issue #13

functions getAllContacts & getContactsByName now run inside web worker
functions getAllContacts & getContactsByName now take argument contactFields to narrow down result set scope

@lawrencetaur Dunno, I'm not really familiar with Android/iOS to be honest but I can give it a try :) BTW the iOS part now works super fast even when requesting all the fields, so it seems that just moving it to a web worker has made all the difference.
