Included unlisted episodes in metrics #145

Unlisted episodes don't appear in website/RSS (good) but also don't appear in metrics (sad) even though the link can be shared out. It would be nice to know if the people that link is being shared with are ever listening.

Sorry but this is actually the opposite of how pre-published episodes should behave.
