Subtitle text in host and guest pages. #147

A new text field for Host and Guest entries allowing for a small subtitle describing who they are, where they're from. This will make it easier for users to find episodes visually, and accidentally, than searching by bag or scrolling through the feed chronologically.

Also, the ability to rename Host page to Team/Crew/et al, to differentiate between hosts, editors, producers, correspondents etc with subtitle text. Capture

This would involve a redesign, but it's an interesting idea we'll discuss internally.

A request to differentiate between hosts, editors, etc. was closed a little while back. I'm hoping it's being reconsidered as part of this!
