plastic armor set no longer applies the correct armor amount #42

Wearing plastic armor effectively gives you zero actual armor value as of the 1.21 update. This appears to be due to how attributes were converted after the update.

A legacy item converter for custom items is in the works; this will require "versioning" items to prevent double conversions.
