Today we had an issue where someone spawned a LOT of chickens at spawn - while you cannot throw eggs there, I have a supposition:
Someone wins a Chicken Spawn Egg at vote crates, dupes the egg, uses the eggs to spawn mobs at spawn.
Are we preventing spawn eggs from being used at spawn by players?
