Show resource traffic filters in the Client GUI #6804

For some customers it would be more convenient to know which protocols and ports each resource allows, so they understand what they can do with the current permissions.

As a good tradeoff between making clients more complex and keeping them simple for non-tech users we can have a separate view that just lists all resources and their information (under settings or similar to settings).
