Going to merge this to deploy to Fly to test. Opening this PR just for visibility.

Everything is nearly complete.

@AndrewDryga I wrote a simplified UdpServer GenServer just so I can test the whole flow end-to-end.

Still need to make sure Stats gets updated and then shown in the Results component, but that shouldn't be too bad. I think this will be ready to ship tomorrow. Maybe we wait until next week so we can handle any issues?
