- Open new google colab jupyter notebook
- Change runtime https://www.tutorialspoint.com/google_colab/google_colab_using_free_gpu.htm
- run !pip install atspy in code cell
- run !pip install pigar in next code cell once 3 step complete.

The example in Colab shows as error:
