Shift-left-click to val=1-val

Struggling with the mouse but...

Keyboard shortcuts are available:

1-8: alternate value for the selected note knob
i: alternate values for all note knobs
r: random values for all note knobs
u: move knob values upwards
d: move knob values downwards
c/v: change between 'clock mode' and 'voltage mode'

I'm closing the case. I didn't manage to provide the feature with ta mouse gesture but it is available with hotkeys. Good enough... I'm not interested in messing with the mouse.
