Get vision coprocessor running #17

When the rPi's arrive, we want to get one running on PlyBot ready to install on Dave. Needs to be running GRIP, configured properly to use the robot's NetworkTables.

@setupminimal , this is completed, correct? (as a sidenote, we mechanically and electrically installed it on Kovaka after you left on Saturday)
