Add support for manual control of ramps #38

After hardware is done, or at least until it's fully defined in terms of its actuators.

Will involve two stages:

  1. Twist release lock, wait for ramps to unfold
  2. Twist release lock back, to permit platforms to drop

James requests that this is two buttons at the same time in order to activate. Another alternative would be to use a timer, so that the release doesn't activate until the last 30 seconds of the match.
