Create subsystem for intake

Create a subsytem for the intake. This should have the following interface:

• setPosition: move the intake to any allowable linear position. Units of meters from stowed position
• getPosition: returns the current position of the intake.
• grabCone: run rollers in the direction necessary to grab a cone.
• grabCube: run rollers in the direction necessary to grab a cube.
• setPreset: move intake to one of 3-4 positions: stowed, handoff (if different from stowed), cube, and cone.
