Hacktoberfest Cleanup #12690

After the Hacktoberfest bonanza, maybe it is a good idea to go over issues that are irrelevant/unnecessary/need to be closed. 🐞 Problem There are a lot of open issues right now and some are not relevant.

🎯 Goal Remove all the clutter from the issues so we can have a cleaner and more efficient issues panel.

💡 Possible solutions Go over issues and flag them, either by label or by any other means, as possible candidates for removal.

📋 Steps to solve the problem

Working on it! Question: do the "removing links from translations" count?

@Roshanjossey , is there a way you can grant me the authority to label issues that can be removed?

@Roshanjossey @TomerPacific I would like that too, we can't label it for clean-up if we can't label at all! For now, I just referenced this issue on the other issues.

Don't worry about labeling issues. I'll go through all of them and close as required soon. I need some help with reviewing pull requests and requesting reviews for translation changes though.

I'll make some changes to CONTRIBUTING.md and request for your help there. Please wait for those changes.
