Enhance Arabic translate for ReadMe.md #23964

I think Arabic translation need some improvements.

🐞 Problem Some words looks like it translated by google translation.

🎯 Goal Changing some words to be more understandable for Arab.

Hi @kaliomar, I am Egyptian and speaking Arabic and I will contribute to edit the ReadMe.md.

Hi @kaliomar, thank you for opening this issue. Could you please elaborate on which words needs to be improved?

@Mstava, We have an Arabic translations and a different Egyptian translation

They're slightly different from each other. I think @kaliomar would be referring to Readme.ar.md. You can find the first contributors to the language/ reviwers in CONTRIBUTING.md. We could bring them in the conversation and get their input as well.
