How can I use localized resource dll (fr, it, pl, ru)? #176

I saw someone upload Modern Window Sample with Russian UI.

And in sample project's debug folder has 'fr', 'it', 'pl', 'ru' folders.

How can I use these dlls?

I can't see no effect when I copy the dll to root directory.

Please show me the code.
