"Keylist is not in JSON format" error on sync #194

OS Version: macOS Mojave GPG Sync Version: 0.3.5

When clicking the Sync button or running gpgsync --sync, I get this:

$ ./gpgsync --sync
GPG Sync 0.3.5

[0] Keylist https://raw.githubusercontent.com/freedomofpress/fpf-gpg-fingerprints/master/fingerprints.txt, with authority key F81962A54902300F72ECB83AA1FC1F6AD2D09049

[0] Syncing...          

[0] Sync failed. Error: Keylist is not in JSON format.

Has there been an update to the requirements of the keylist format that need to be updated on FPF's end or is there a bug that's not letting GPG Sync parsing the keylist for me?

Quick update that it looks like our keylist will have to be updated. Will make a separate feature request ticket more next-step-friendly verbiage and instructions on creating the format.
