Cannot open a sub window, error screen appears.

What steps will reproduce the problem?  If possible, include the full Url
of any web page you see a problem on.
1. Open our internal website (https://test77.com/square/sqcabdb.nsf)
2. Open a document, highlight the circulation profile
3. Click 'Circulation Template' button, the error screen attached appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A sub window should pop up. User can select a template name.

What version of Firefox are you using?  From the 'Help' menu, select 'About
Mozilla Firefox' to get the version.

What version of Firebug are you using?  From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Add-
ons', and click on 'Extensions'.  Firebug and its version should be listed.

What version of Page Speed are you using?  Follow the procedure to get the
Firebug version, and look for 'Page Speed' in the list of extensions.

Windows XP Professional with SP2

These are bugs for the activity panel, which is being removed in the Page Speed 
1.9 release. See
