The wiki entries do not document this (useful!) feature.

It is documented on the command-line wiki page. For jarjar 2.0 I'm going to 
unify the 
syntax.

I finally figured out that my problem with Rhino was this feature - it removes 
the class Parser1.class although needed by the yuicompressor.

So, just documenting it is not enough - there has to be a switch to turn it on 
and off (I would say, default: off).
