Missing 1.2 in Maven Central #50

Please upload version 1.2 to Maven Central repository

There is now jarjar 1.3 available. If you really need 1.2 and 1.3 is not good 
enough for you, we can think about making a 1.2 release to maven. But I prefer 
going with the new releases instead and not do maven uploads for releases that 
are in the past.

I am having trouble finding 1.3 in Maven.  The latest I find is 1.1:
http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails|com.googlecode.jarjar|jarjar|1.1|jar

I do not need 1.2, I just wanted to see the latest version in the central 
repository.
