Enable folder icons for NERDTree #113

These changes perform the following actions on NERDTree:

Replace node arrows for open/closed folder icons (shows correct indentation this way)
Refresh tree every time the cursor moves into the NERDTree panel (instead of having to close and reopen the panel to show the latest state of the file tree)

Can you make this PR into the unify-vim-and-nvim-configs branch? Master was feature-frozen since the migration to NeoVim, and that branch will be the future "reboot" of the config, which has a ton of changes :)
