Specify a specific apk version and download xapk #3

Hello, I restored the download of apk (or rather xapk) and implemented the launch of the program with the parameter "-f" to specify a specific version of the game. Due to the fact that your repository does not contain python scripts and includes compiled files, I slightly changed the structure by adding gitignore and a folder with python scripts.
