Fixes #60 Files modified with pull request:

Description

Removal.R, modified is.matrix check to only pull out row/column, then check for numeric value, then check for whole number, moved Tmult and conf.level check up in order of checks
Renamed alkAgeDist.Rd and alkMeanVar.Rd with lower case "alk"
fixed suppress warning line 69 in "testthat_capHist.R" file
Test_that added for checking whole number in "testthat_removal.R"
