Fan Chart UTF-8 bug #3163

I am a Korean user. I am currently working on a project with success in Korean, Hangul is output in a square shape only in the Fan Chart. Is UTF-8 not supported by FanChart module?

Have you tried replacing the fan chart with this custom module?

Not sure if it will fix your issue but it is far superior in other uses and generates a much better chart

FYI, this is a duplicate of #1479

The fanchart and the PDF reports require a TTF font file.

webtrees uses the font DejuVu Sans - but this does not include all characters.

We need to option to select different font files.
