Allowing the video element in the CKEditor as suggested would be very handy except that it appears the editor doesn't like HTML5 elements of any kind.
Adding any of them to CKEDITOR.config.extraAllowedContent dosn't work.
Adding older (HTML4?) tags like dl dt dd works fine but not section or nav or others.
Perhaps you know of a way to extend CKEditor4 to fix that but it may well be "flogging a dead horse".
I must say that allowing styles for all elements #4948 #4849 has given the old horse a some signs of life ;-)
