Add JSON File of Openvpi's Version #126

I‘m making a json file of Openvpi's NSF-HiFiGAN model. If used default json file to inference the Openvpi's NSF-HiFiGAN model, it must be: Q}G )H `0A$~@Z5`QP84UFC openvpi's upsample_kernel_sizes is [16, 16, 4, 4, 4],not [16, 16, 8, 2, 2]. So I change it.
