There is also some naming confusion. We have 'Home Queue' which brings up a window entitled 'WAPLink Jobs'. Using consistent naming (is it Job or Home or Household or Audit) makes the software much easier to train and use.

This would appear to be data dependent since Stage History works for one record but not the other. See screen video capture below:
