Currently available pathways: 1) Manual Work Order 2) Standard Audit with Manual Entry 3) Standard Audit with Custom Defined Measures 4) Other/unspecified
Perhaps the Define Measures route would work, then copy the ordered list of PL measures into a dummy audit with just itemized costs. Is it possible to then create work orders via a dummy run. We will have to explore that option.
Manually generating the whole set of standard work orders for each PL implementation would be a poor workaround (error prone and tedious), however, doing a set of copies/reference that pulls forward a standard set of measures would be better.
In v8.x we implemented the PL unique data entry as formatted comments, but that depends on having a comment editor that can deal with white space.. and this copy method from Define Measures would need to depend on that as well.. otherwise data entry would have to be on supplementary paper forms.
Another idea is to have entire template audits (Site, Mobile, LRMF) that can just be copied and modified. That way, at least the required set of measures is pre-populated.
Required additional data entry would be coded into comment areas (ala v8.12) or paper forms would be printed and associated with the audit. Idea, store fillable PDFs of the PL forms on some other service (Box?) then paste the links in the audit comment area! That might work.
What technique is going to be available for implementing Priority List Audits in WaWeb?
