Economic parameter library drop list not working (inactive records listed) #21

We have inactive Economic Parameter Library items in the NEAT audit drop list that do not belong there. The libraries are marked inactive, but still appear in the list. If selected, the audit record reference count is NOT updated correctly (remains zero). See images.

Noted. Appears to be limited to the annual "US Average" only.
