Accounts missing contact information #25

There is no way to attach a name, phone number, or other contact details to an account record other than to use the OtherID field or the comments. Seems like a major oversight.

WA 8.6 allowed multiple contacts to be associated with a Client/Account with full contact information and a binary on/off to indicate which contact was the Primary contact. This is all missing from WAweb 10.

Contact information seems fundamental to the idea of an Account, so surprising to see this missing. Again, the workaround is to break first normal form and start encoding things in other fields or comments, thus the Poor workaround rating on this issue.
