HVAC Year Installed drop list disagrees with the JSON range check (1969?) #30

There is no way to represent HVAC equipment older than 1969. Priority medium because this is fairly rare.

Good find for the inconsistency between the UI range check and the schema validation. Confirmed. Logged for correction.
