Confirmed: I think what is going on is that in v8, a REFERENCE to the User Defined Measure is stored with the run results, then, when work order are created, ALL of the information available from the User Defined Measure (including comments) is COPIED into the work order measure. This is done with SQL code that runs behind the Create Work Order button in the MS Access UI.
We need to implement the same logic in the WAweb version since the Itemized Cost schema does not support all the information available to the User Defined Measures in the Setup Library.
Please provide one example work order for investigation.
