Some Status tracking is missing #62

We haven't found a location for Audit level statuses such as "Audit Scheduled On" or "Reviewed and Locked On". Are those present? If they are not, will we be tracking that information another way?

The same applies to the Client(v8)/Account(v10) status tracking. There is no explicit status tracking for audits (other than what is automatically based on form entry and audit runs)... Critically, there is no way to close/lock and audit. Similarly, there is no way to track the application status or any other Account level status.

It would appear that the work order level status IS fully implemented allowing work, inspection, and payment status editing.

Note, audit "locking" is a planned feature and we recently established the final specification from DOE. Significant changes from what existed in WAv8.

Status tracking at account level beyond Audit started/completed, Work Order status tracking, and locking is outside of the intended scope of WAweb.

I guess what is at issue here is two different feature sets in tension. First and primarily WAweb is an audit and recommended measure tool with the secondary objective of production management. There are some nice existing production management features like work order status, with lots of granularity, so it seems like a missing feature to have no status tracking at the account level. Understood that there may be differing hopes and fears about WAweb scope over time.

Glad to hear that audit status tracking is in the pipeline.
