Comment field is not carried forward in library copy #81

The comment field on the Measure Cost library is not carried forward when the library is copied. This is inconsistent with all the other library copies which DO carry the comment forward.

I think the preference would be for the comment/copy to be carried forward consistently for all library types.

I see in v8.9 that the setup library comment was not carried forward with the copy operation for setup and supply libraries, however, perhaps that could be improved and made consistent (comment carried forward with copy) with the other library types in v10. Note that v10 supply library comment IS carried forward in copy.

The workaround is to navigate to the old record, then copy and paste the comment field.
