heating systems being added but not showing up in audit. cannot run audit. #99

see the attached screenshot. I keep adding heating systems and then they are not showing up in the audit. cannot run audit.

I can confirm that HVAC systems also do not appear on this audit for a state or site administrator. The green checkmark appears and all of the attempts to add heating systems appear in the "also replaces" dropdown. This appears to be a bug in the HVAC systems list.

What's the error code that pops up when you run it?
