Wrong covers display, 3d covers, build 466

I'm not entirely sure what is causing this but on occasion the wrong covers
seem to be displaying.  Right now, the de Blob cover is showing for LoZ:
Twilight Princess, Dead Rising cover showing for Lego Batman, Cooking Mama
cover for Lego Indiana Jones, Carnival Games cover showing for Lego Star
Wars, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 cover showing for Link's Crossbow Training,
and many other things.

After a reload, it'll be other games showing the wrong covers.  The correct
disk art appears, but the even after the first click, it'll show the wrong
cover.
