Support for next major Thunderbird 60+ (WebExtentions API) #10

Next major version of Thunderbird (60+) need addons to use WebExtensions API in order to be installable. This would need a partial or complete rewrite of this addon.

TB v60 just got me. All my easy-to-spot colours have gone! :(

Until I am able to release updated code on AMO, you can use the XPI from the 'dist' folder in my GitHub repo.

This version "works on my machine" with TB 60.3.0. You may need to remove the original add-on, rather than upgrade in-place.

The only unexpected thing is that customized icons disappears even if the popup menu says "Remove customized icon". It is a minor thing. I had put icons to substitute colored folders, but they are unneeded now. Thanks again! mario
