Request to have easy access to what time it is where everyone is.

Two commands: One where users can input what timezone they are in One where people can get the current time for everyone who's added their timezone

This sounds like a great idea! I can work on implementing it, if no one else would like to take the issue. Anyone can comment here to claim it though.
