add support for latex #20

I add support for latex syntax highlight. You can use LATEX.tex to see the difference. This modification only applies to latex file. That is, syntax highlighting of other languages stay the same.

Sorry for not replying to this request for so long. I didn't accept this request because I didn't want to add so many colors to Eva Theme. Eva Theme has a relatively fixed color system. I've been thinking about providing LaTeX support after I know some LaTeX myself, but I didn't expect to put it on hold for so long.

Eva Theme 1.7.8 has provided LaTeX support. Although it has not been incorporated into this request, I used all the scope values you provided, thank you very much!
