Reflects changes to USB introduced by Switch firmware 11.0.0, uses updated libnx calls. Compiled and tested with libnx commit d91a2e22 and atmosphere-libs commit 2c3ccef1.

Hope to get the support for the new firmware 11.0 published soon as the current USB botbase give fatal error in Atmosphere 0.16. Great work on this.

I forgot I still had it open. Experimental time/date advance support wasn't really intended for the PR, but I can open a cleaner PR for those after work, if you wish to include it.
