What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I try to run either of your kinect program I get an error of
'file not found' about OpenNIConfig.xml

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? In the FAQS it said to
make sure the program file and the data folder were in the same folder, they
are in the folder as I unzipped it, unchanged. data folder and .exe file in the
same folder

I am on a Mac running windows xp through parallels

Also make sure you launch the program with the current directory (aka working
directory or working folder) set to the same location of the program and the
data. If you launch the program in a different location (by specifying the
absolute or relative path to the program for example), you will get this error
although you have the program and the data in the same location.

Is your current directory (aka working directory or working folder) also the
same? See above comment.

Please let me know if you fixed the issue by launching the program with the
current directory same as the exe file. If yes, I would think of improving the
program so that it could work regardless of the current directory.
